CORE Win a Spring Cleaning Gift Box - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

The Win a Spring Cleaning Gift Box ("Competition") is open to residents of Ireland, aged 18 years or over, with the exception of employees of CORE and their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

2. Competition Period:

The competition begins on 21st February 2024 and ends on 3rd March 2024 ("Competition Period").

3. Entry Requirements:

To enter the competition, participants must visit the competition webpage at https://www.corebuild.ie/spring-clean and follow the instructions provided.

4. Winner Selection:

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The draw will take place on 4th March 2024.

5. Prize:

The winner will receive a Spring Cleaning Gift Box from CORE. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

6. Notification of Winner:

The winner will be notified by email on 4th March 2024. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

7. Public Announcement:

The winner will be announced on the CORE website, emailers and social media platforms on 4th March 2024.

8. Data Privacy:

By entering the competition, participants agree to allow CORE to use their name and image for promotional purposes. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other participant’s will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

9. Marketing Communications:

By entering the competition, participants agree to receive marketing communications, including newsletters and promotional offers, from CORE. Participants can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by following the instructions provided in the communications.

10. General Terms:

CORE reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible.

11. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
